The beginning of 2014 has been a strong one for Metro Denver real estate. According to a report released by the Denver Business Journal, a number of key metrics have shown strong gains in 2014. While the number of homes on the market has increased slightly from late 2013, the average price is up 10% year-over-year and the average days on market has fallen 22%. In addition, the number of homes under contract jumped 29% in January from December.
This goes to show that 2014 is looking like it is going to be a great year for real estate in Metro Denver.
